Policy Details

Our POSH policy is designed to cover everyone associated with the company including full-time employees, part-time team members, contract workers, interns, freelancers and even visitors who come into our workplace. No matter where you stand in the organization, these protections apply to you equally.


We strictly prohibit any form of harassment. This includes verbal remarks, physical advances, inappropriate jokes or gestures, unwanted digital communication or requests for personal favours. In short, any behaviour that compromises someone’s dignity, comfort or safety has no place at Swish.

If you ever experience or witness such behaviour, you have the right and the responsibility to report it. All reports are handled with confidentiality and sensitivity. We investigate concerns in a fair and timely manner, always with respect for privacy. Most importantly, Swish has a strict policy against retaliation: raising your voice will never put you at risk.
