In the last year, over 25,000 people wrote to Swish asking when it would come to their city. More than half those messages came from Gurgaon. Not from strangers, but from people with a specific problem: they had moved from Bangalore, and nothing in Gurgaon had filled the gap. All of them had one thing in common: they had eaten from Swish, grown used to it, and then had to stop.

Swish was founded less than two years ago in Bangalore. For the first few months, it only delivered in HSR Layout and then expanded to other neighbourhoods. 

It was built on a single, hard belief: that fresh food and fast delivery are not in conflict. To make that true, Swish had to own everything. The kitchen. The sourcing. The technology. The last mile. One vertically integrated food company, built from the ground up, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.

It worked. Swish grew from one neighbourhood to twelve across Bangalore. Customers who started with an evening chai soon began ordering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Today, more than 20,000 people order from Swish daily.

Earlier this year, Swish raised $38M in Series B funding. The capital was committed to two things: multi-city expansion and deeper investment in kitchen infrastructure and technology. Gurgaon is where that begins. It is also Swish's first city outside Bangalore.

Swish looked for the same person it had found in HSR Layout: fast-moving, exacting, with high standards for everything they consume. Golf Course Road, Sushant Lok, and Udyog Vihar had them. Swish is starting here.
